2：細節決定成敗，我在一篇文章上看到說看到很多企業的外文網站翻譯質量比較生硬，企業地圖這些的英文版本仍然援引中文網頁，這些咱們可以統統稱為細節，這個細節上面一定得慎重，當你花了巨資去構建網站，花了大力氣買了排名，買了關鍵詞，難道不能再努力一下，在細節上多處理一下嗎？ 請參考：細節決定成敗，IT行業也通用

3：巨大務必而花哨的flash動畫讓客戶望而生畏，耐心在等待中消逝，很多企業甚至為了展示企業的優良形象甚至圖文音頻視頻全上，客戶永遠是看到一個loading…..界面。

4：外國人和中國人的審美觀念的不一致，外國人講究實在的東西，中國人而喜歡華麗而宏偉的網站結構，而國外則喜歡講究快速明朗的網頁結構。 這點從國內網站做的華麗務必，CSS用的非常的炫眼，而國外永遠只是簡單大方的網頁，甚至常常有人打趣說，中國人就是nb，鼠標樣式都是比外國多，實際上仔細分析這裡面的玄機在於中西方文化對在商務行為上的不同理念。 因此，為了你的網站更符合海外客戶的心裡，請你考慮他們的需求，把網站做的不要簡單就是一個翻譯版。

5：針對不同的語種，做好各自搜索引擎的優化，外貿企業網站面向國內市場的時候，你得認識到，百度目前已經成為中文搜索引擎領域的事實霸主，在搜索引擎優化設計方面，必然要傾向百度一些，但是海外的搜索市場上，google則是當之無愧的霸主，所以，面向不同的客戶群體，你在搜索引擎上下的功夫應該不一樣，最終就體現在網站裡面。

給所有有外文版本網站的企業一些建議

1：建設多語種網站，現在很多外貿企業只有英文版網站，競爭過於激烈。 根據我一些朋友的經驗，他們開通了法語、葡萄牙語、西班牙語等語種以後，詢價及業務成交量有了極大的提高。

2：優化細節，網站地圖，聯繫方式（這裡要考慮到國外最常用的MSN和SKYPE而不是咱們用的QQ），聯繫人名稱，還有更多的細節方面就等待我們外貿企業網站運營人員的發現，總之，要盡可能的做到完美，盡量減少一些粗淺的錯誤，讓我們更專業的為海外客戶服務。 還有比如，很多企業的聯繫郵件是用的免費郵件，很多國外郵件服務器因為國內郵件群發的現象氾濫而把國內郵件服務器設置為黑名單，往往因此而喪失了很多商務機會。 我們給客戶推薦使用的國外郵箱，每個郵箱可達7G，默認支持50個用戶。

3：針對GOOGLE搜索引擎的優化都要結合面向的國家群體去區別對待，很簡單，我們要不同的國家和語種要不同的對待。

4：建議把外文版本網站，存放在海外空間或者租賃海外服務器，方便客戶的訪問。 如果連快速訪問的服務都不能保證，如果連正常的海外郵件都不能保證，那麼服務無從談起了。 因此，全球無障礙訪問網站，全球郵件穩定收發這些最基礎的服務一定要做到位。
